Case BBOPF 14-1

This is a 16 year old otherwise healthy female with a large fibro-osseous lesion of the maxilla. There are no other lesions elsewhere in the skeleton. The oral surgeon (US board certified) wants to know, based on the pathology and appearance of the lesion, similar experiences with surgical treatment or other modalities that would enable surgery on better margins.
