Case BBOPF 13-4

A 39 year old Caucasian female presented with incidental lesion noted on oral exam. Monitored by DDS for 6 months with slow increase in size. Resorption of the underlying palatal bone was noted. Tissue was spongy and hemorrhagic. Teeth # 9-12 tested vital. Provisional dx from the surgeon was "Central giant cell granuloma."

I would appreciate your thoughts about this case.
