Clinical History

62 year-old female presents with a lesion of the left cheek that has been present for 3 months. The patient has history of Sarcoidosis and denies pain. The lesion is yellow in color, measures 2 cm x 1 cm and was surgically excised. The foreign material does not polarize.

Does anybody recognize the nature of the foreign material seen in the images?
