Clinical History

A 92-year-old man presents with a wart like lesion on his mandibular facial gingiva. His medical history is significant for type 2 diabetes mellitus, glaucoma and prostate cancer. Patient has been treated previously with dexamethasone elixir for intraoral lichen planus presenting as desquamative gingivitis.
