The following case was contributed by Dr. Lewei Zhang (Vancouver, British Columbia. Canada). Clinical History

A 57 year old female (past smoker for 25 years) was referred to an oral surgeon's office for 'loose teeth with pain'. Oral examination showed loss of teeth support and bone destruction in the right mandible. The surgeon's diagnosis was carcinoma of the mandible.
